Delivery Boy is a short platformer about delivering a pizza. 

Become the delivery boy and race your pizza across a city full of handcrafted platforming challenges. Each challenge requires precise controls and timing in order to avoid a long drop or death by spikes. 

Upgrade your delivery tactics as you find new tools to help you traverse your environment in new ways to get the pizza to the customer.

Delivery Boy has been a great project for me to be working on, I feel like I have focused well on elements of game design and environmental storytelling as well as making a satisfying platformer inspired by celeste. 

Throughout the course of making the project, I have learned a lot about what makes a satisfying platformer as well as how to direct the player without explicitly telling them so. I have also greatly progressed my art skills with every asset and animation being made by me in gimp. As well as this I also made the music for my game, making the very basic score after learning some of the very basics of music theory (it's not much, but I'm still proud of it).

I hope you enjoy the game it has been my biggest, longest and most ambitious project yet and I have worked very hard to make it enjoyable.

Known issues:

-for some reason, UI buttons don't work in any scenes but the first one.
